The Stepford Wives and Mind Control

In our ninth episode, we move to Stepford in The Stepford Wives.

In this 2004 remake, we follow Nicole Kidman’s character Joanna, a recently fired television program executive, as she and her family try to start over in a suburb of Connecticut known as Stepford but it soon becomes clear that it’s not your average community of families. It appears that being a perfect Stepford Wife isn’t quite all it’s cracked up to be and Joanna has to figure it out quickly if she wants to avoid becoming one!
